Hello there, I'm Daniel Radwaner, founder of Rad Adaptive Consulting.

I've worked with contracts for over a decade in a variety of capacities – as a licensing manager, paralegal, program manager, project manager, product owner, implementation consultant, solution architect, senior legal engineer, and practice director – staying on the cutting edge of contracting technology at every stop.

Since founding Rad Adaptive Consulting in 2020, I've focused on contracting operations that are slow, disorganized, and disconnected from the tools Legal, Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders rely on.​ 

I built this practice to solve those issues and deliver effective, efficient, and cutting-edge contracting solutions — from intake design and workflow configuration through execution, analytics, and long-term system governance, not just a platform launch and a handoff.

That specialization is backed by my years of hands-on solution delivery experience as a seasoned project and product manager, legal engineer, credentialed consultant, and process improvement expert embedded within global organizations.

Combined, the organizations we've delivered for represent more than $70B in annual revenue, and growing – much of which is managed, negotiated, executed, and stored within the workflows and processes we've designed, developed, and delivered.
