Hello there, I'm Daniel Radwaner, founder of Rad Adaptive Consulting.

I've been working on contracts for over a decade – as a licensing manager, paralegal, project manager, consultant, and legal engineer – staying on the cutting edge of contracting technology at every stop along the way.

Since founding the firm in 2020, I've focused on contracting operations that are slow, disorganized, and disconnected from the tools Legal, Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, and Procurement rely on.​ 

I built this practice to solve those issues and deliver effective, efficient, and cutting-edge contracting solutions — from intake design and workflow configuration through execution, analytics, and long-term system governance, not just a platform launch and a handoff.
