About Daniel Radwaner

I'm a business services consultant focused on enterprise and mid-market Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), AI-enabled contract analytics, and workflow automation. Since 2020, I've partnered with legal, procurement, and revenue operations teams to design and implement scalable, governed contracting systems — from CLM platform selection and implementation to advanced contract intelligence and lifecycle optimization.

My approach is hands-on and collaborative. Rather than applying a generic playbook, I work directly with the humans who will use the system every day — legal teams, deal desks, procurement, and revenue operations — so the end result fits how your organization actually operates, not just a project plan.

I bring a blend of project management discipline and platform-specific expertise to every engagement: PMP and PMI-ACP certification, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum and Agile credentials (CSM, CSPO), and hands-on, certified experience across the Ironclad CLM platform — core administration, implementation, contract ownership, and sales and procurement workflows — as well as Salesforce (Certified Associate, Certified AI Associate). I'm also a member of World Commerce & Contracting (WorldCC).

I've led and contributed to CLM and contract intelligence initiatives for organizations including 3M, CrowdStrike, Applied Materials, Metrc, and Flatiron Health — representing more than $60 billion in combined revenue.
